This dress is BRAND NEW! It is a beautiful dress but just wasn't right for me and I ended up wearing a different one. I got very slight alterations at the shoulders since it was too long for me but there is still fabric there so it can easily be let out. The hem was taken in only slightly (I'm 5'4 without heels) and a beautiful bustle was put in place.
